#01 Koji Iki

 

One of the charms of Iki's work is that you can feel the culture and history of Okinawa, despite being a bowl that is close to modern life. "Mintama", which is one of the representative works, is a container that was burned in Okinawa before the 16th century in a kiln village called "Yuta ware" in Okinawa, and the soil that appears inside the vessel is revealed. Since the point hit on the part looks like a highlight, it is named "Mintama", which means the centerpiece in Okinawa's dialect. The "Dyeing" series is a beautiful gem with blue that is clear on a beautiful white background.

#02Yumiko Kaneshiro

 

One of the charms of Kinjo's work is the rich color that reflects the scene of Okinawa. #04 Iguchi Kobo Haruharu Iguchi

#06 Oshiro Kobo Masafumi Oshiro

 

Despite producing a sake jar that store Awamori, Oshiro has opened the path as a potter because of the feeling of free expression by pottery. Oshiro's work is full of individuality, such as vivid colors, beautiful painting lines, and unique textures created by the contrast between matte fabric and shiny painting. #07 Hira and Rice Productions = Flat -rice Heianyama Naomi / Yonezu Miki

 

"Tree" is common to Heian Mt. We launch "Hira and Rice Products = flat rice", which are named after each other's initials, and create furniture and vessels. The work that is born from the humor of humor that can be expressed only by two people is familiar and loving. The container uses trees grown in Okinawa. You can enjoy the expressive wood grain that nature weaves and the scent of trees.
